Overwhelmed Hong Kong Inhabitants in Disbelief as Massive Inferno Engulfs Residential Complexes

Young scholar Thomas Liu was among the many people gathered at the location of a deadly inferno that engulfed large portions of the eight-building Wang Fuk Court in the city's Tai Po area.
